I thought I had a list but guess not and I can't seem to find a answer other it being one these - The Arreat Summit - Items: Small Charm Prefixes and Suffixes
and I was thinking it might be this one - Pestilent +175 Poison Damage Over 6 Seconds
had something to with a poison charm
