My bot won't use the right skill

Alright, this is what I'm trying to accomplish. When I run baal with my hdin, on wave 2 I want him to use holy bolt to kill the summoner guys. I set it up to how I thought it should be, but he's still throwing hammers at them. Below is how I have it set in his Config file, any help would be much appreciated.

go here and download etal bot and add them skill to your char config file it is all set up for holy bolt plus has a options for your char to move if your merc is in the way

yes that link is the up to date etal - just make a profile in the manager run the char it will start and log on then there will green txt telling you to shut down the game it just made a char config file with your char's name that will be the one you edit - there are lines off to the right telling you what that option does, you have to set your inventory and your skills or you will get msg's telling you need to edit them
