Dracul's VampBraces versus Venom Grip

I recently switched and ditched my Dracul's vampbraces for venom grip to get that maxium pois resist bonus. I was curious what the general concensus is comparing the two. People seem to be pretty devided on this topic.

What do you use or prefer? Is there yet a better pair out there?

either perf dracs or perf steel rends, i like dracs but i havent got nice rends yet

dracs seriously help a merc too if you have a low lvl one, just go to cows and start hitting them, in no time they will be life tapped and then you dont need to worry about your merc for a while

dracs is so hard to find compared to venom, i think its one of the hardest uniques to get.. so if ur wearing dracs, ppl thinks ur cool unlike wearing venom.. & dracs gives kickass mods like really good chance of open wounds compared to the chance of crushing blow from venom as u can see from prozac's post... so i think dracs is way better than venom...
