Probably not, as Blizz are currently putting most of there time into WOW (world of warcraft)
That will be more or less diablo and warcraft stuck together..and i cant wait for it..

In case some of you were considering hanging up your War Travelers on the assumption DII has given all it's going to, here's a snippet from Blizzard that could be welcome news: [indent]"We have some more cool things planned for Diablo II people. Diablo II still makes a great deal of profit for Blizzard, until something totally goes wrong they won't release Diablo III. Also story wise it was pretty much resolved, the worldstone was destroyed, the three Prime Evils were destroyed, the two Lesser Evils were destroyed, and all the soulstones were eradicated. It seems like a pretty good ending.

Hm..How about that free patch with 2 additional characters that Blizzard was creating a long time ago? They've yet to release it..

i read sumwhere that there were two other lesser evils - belail and sumthin else. lord of lies and lord of sumthin. i think the story went on when tyreal destoryed the world stone, it opend the 'gateway' to hell. or it went on that while the angels of heaven where helping destroy the worldstone, they left the gates of heaven open for the two other evils to go in and 'play'.

i think tho.

the game could be about destroying the evils that are deeper in hell then anything u could imagine. if u got to the arreat summit and find the rizafarig its not it the game but may give a clue to what could happen. and always rember this once evil is destroyed the balance s destroyed soa newer greater evil takes its place to contine the fight. u cant just have good there has to be a balance.
