6.0 and up is required. do you not have a key file ?
if you have paid for a key file but lost it email mouse for replacement key. he knows who has doanted and who hasn't

if no then donate to mouse or look at his forums at alternate way to receive mh. and also theree will be a contest next month.

forget that jus download the maphack from team-viphacks.com and use jus the d2maphack.dll and compiler.dll out and put it into the stock maphack files and when it asks if u want to replace say yes and presto a workin hacked maphack
