Please Help me get rid of this ??!?

How do i stop this site from sending me a email every time i post on a bored or some one replys to what i posted, please help its getting VERY annoying i checked my profile and stuff but i didnt see it.

go to the user/CP up at the top. your subscribed threads will be one that page. scroll down until you see a little link under ur subscribed threads that says "View all Subscribed Threads", and click on that. this will show all of your threads that you are subscribed to. now if you want to stop getting email messages from all of your subscribed threads, click on the first box under where it says "notification" and then scroll down until you get a checkbox that says "selected threads" on it, and this will bring up a couple of different options for your threads. if you click on the one that says "no email notification" and then click on "go" it will stop sending all of your subscribed threads to your email. if you wish to delete all of your subscriptions, then click on "delete subscription" and hit "ok". just remember that after you do this, and if you respond to a different thread that you are not subscribed to, you will have to go back to user/cp and get the "no email notification" with that thread as well if you wish to not get an email notification about it. good luck buddy, and if you have any questions you can post again or PM me.
