help: hero editor 6.6+item vault

first of all i would like to thank you for looking at this post.

now for my problem:
I used winzip to open up hero editor 6.6 and clicked on the setup icon.
after 1% completion of the instalation, a message appeared saying that i am missing rchtx32 or some item similar to that. i do not know what to do about this.

Another issue that i would like to address is how to use the item vault for v1.10 that i have downloaded. Specifically, i would like to know how to transfer the item from my winzip window to the actual game itself.
