Cant Remeber

Lo.. i need help.. ages ago i used to have this program that would be able to remove a socketed rune or jewel or whatever.. but leave the magic effect it did to the item... But i formatted my comp and now i cant remeber what the program was called... i think it was something like IthFactory but i cant find it...
