Firefox Trouble

whenever i try to run firefox 0.9.1, it just lingers in memory and doesn't load a browser window at all. i tried reinstalling it and that didn't work. the only way i can use firefox is in safe mode. i don't know what triggered this problem at all

Do you mean that the screen for firefox is all white? This has happened to me before just be patient and the page will come up.

i mean NO WINDOW comes up at all unless i use safe mode.

Uninstall the program from the Add/Remove Programs control panel

Start > Run > type (without quotes): "%APPDATA%\Mozilla" remove any folder named Firefox

Delete the following
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox

Reinstall Firefox
