clikc on ur start menu then click the run icon type regedit chedck the hkeyuserkey now clikc softwarwe then select battle.net press delete.now restart u computer tel lme if it works or not.

it deletes ur registry and resets bnet it works most of the time.

dude didnt it say that b4 anways.u mgiht be temporily banned somehow jsut wait for like 15-30 minutes wihtotu ocnnecting then restart ur computer and try sometimes it can go up for 2 days tho that only happened 1 tiem wit me..

I had to reinstall d2 and lod and then get a proper d2loader, like the one from this site to fix the problem that you are having.
