b-net is screwing up on my comp. i just formatted it and i reinstalled d2 fully, i played for a bit, and then out of nowhere it won't let me play on b-net

Do you mean that you get stuck at the connecting screen or something?

yeah it says that it cannot register the version though i d/led the 1.10 version about 2 weeks before this started to happen

that happens to me somtimes, jus retry logging in a few times. the message says that version cannot be identified or sumthin rite?
