This link will provide you with 231 useful brushes that lets you get started with making Abstract Sigs, Tech Sigs, and Grunge Sigs.
How to add your brushes:
first the brushes have to go into this directory
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Presets\Brushes
then follow this
1. http://img78.photobucket.com/albums...rush/brush1.jpg
2. http://img78.photobucket.com/albums...brush/brush.jpg
3. http://img78.photobucket.com/albums.../load_brush.jpg
(thanks murderman for the screenshots on how to add)
Second Pictures:
Next step go to google and search for some pictures that you might want to put in your sig, I can also suggest www.gamerenders.com for pictures on games.
Third Fonts:
I find that the blest place to get a whole bunc of really good fonts is http://dafont.com/en/
If you are making a grunge type sig look under the eroded and destroyed section, if you are looking for fonts for a tech'ish sig then look under SCI FI or maybe groovy, if you are looking on making an abstract sig i would maybe suggest battelfeild font but there are lots of fonts under many sections
Fourth Tutorials:
