Purpose of D2hackit?

I just dl'ed D2hackit 1.10 off of this site, first of all is it virus free? Also their isnt any read me files or anything? Wat are some helpfull uses of D2hackit and is it currently in use in realm for 1.10 closed ladder season 2. If so is their a read me somewhere? Can some people mention what they use it for and their experience with it or other mods? Im pretty computer literate, I just need a good read me to get me started.
