I use fireball/meteor sorc. Once i get to meph it takes a mintute or less to kill him. My items:
Shako
ist'd Oculus
(4) ist monarch
50% war travs
perfect etheral skullders
rare 31% mf rings
32% rare mf ammy..Stone Emblem
need chance gaurds if nyone wants to trade..38% or better plz
archanid mesh
20 7% mfsc's

too much mf for meph... 200-400 is best

377 mf and i got shako, arach, tals orb in 1 run

I use blizz sorc with 361mf. Meph him takes less than 20 seconds or around that mark. I don't do them much anymore though since I got pindle bot:p
