Help Pvp Orb+? sorc?

I'm planning to build a lv 50 low lvl dueler sorc. Ofcourse, orb and 10 in cold mastery is included. After that, with quests, I still have 20 skill pts left. I was wondering if anyone knows whether hydra, ts or orb syngie would be a better investment. Imo, they all have same dmg, anyone tried em and knows what works better for pvp? I want this to cover the weakness a lv 50 bowazon can't. Any suggestions will be helpful. I myself was thinking of hydra, as I can lay em, and just orb. and they won;t walk close.. or ts so no casting... or syngie for more orb damage?

The only synergy for orb is bolt. So if you max both thats 40 pts. Max Mastery 60pts. We still have 40 points left, what to do?
