need hlp with hero editor

i play on open sometimes (jus to duel) and ive seen ppl that cant be hit by melee attacks. they're zons and say they changed the cap of their dodge/evade/avoid skill to 100%. i just want to know, first of all, is this possible and how do i do it. any input would be appreciated.
