If Blizzard made a new char what should it be?

they have a mod that has some guns as weapons, i think its a mod by dark onyx but i dunno....

Isn't a monk the same as a cleric? And if it is, I thought that a clerk was the same as a paladin.

clerics specalize in healing and use maces
pallidans use holy force and use swords

With the right set-up you can emulate a lot of the ideas you guys have posted so far using the existing chars. What I'd like to see is the Necro Poison Dagger skill also apply to scythe style weapons. Start spawning scythe drops with +necro skills and give the weapon a lot faster swing for necros. You'd see grim-reaper looking melee necro's running around.

i think they should bring Warcraft 3 and Frozen Throne characters into diablo 2, that'd be so cool
