lol newb. You have to use a hosting site how dumb are you to think that it could read the file off your hard drive. well since i'm such a nice guy here http://www.narunetwork.com/nnupload/index.php

go to http://upload.d2sector.net/ and upload the sig from your comp, and copy paste the url inside the img tags
