Get a bone necro. They are incredibly deadly if you have a good hand with bone spear.

Both Poison and bone are good for pvp, just as long as you have an enigma to tele with.
Bone is magic damage, so it is slightly better in PvM.

Bone is way better,never had a poison but my friend does and he sux,hes got fairly decent gear too

Poison is mainly a PvP and Mass Rushing (Norm/NM) build.
Bone is based like Hammer builds. Just all-around good, if not better than a Hammerdin.
Poison can be very effective if you have everything socketed with Poison Facets, along with Poison and bone Charms.
Poison is much easier to control in PvP though. Just make fire golem, tele around casting poison nova. Poison nova quickly brings their health down to 1, and Fire Golem makes it 0, if no immense fire absorb (amount in # or higher than 50%)
Hi I am still wondering if i should go with poison or bone necro ?? i already made a poison kind of not satisfied with the damage but what should i go with??? i can only make 1 necro i dont wanna go buy another 10 pnb gcs, breast plate enigma, imps, trangs, hoto, cta, sojs, 3 pnb ammy . its just not worth making 2 necros. so will anyone help me my gear is poster up!
