Blizzard Sorc fits your description perfectly. She can mf, pvp, an pvm well.
Read the guide by Siluru in the Sorceress Guides thread. Even thought it might say PvP, it's really good for everything, trust me. Most botters use her as their mfer of choice.
As for gear, just use whatever you can get your hands on. Ignore that list of expensive gear he posted. Anything with +skills and mf is fair game.

I find amazons are easy to create good for PvM and PvP if your restartin tho sum of the gear will be hard to get since you have nuting so i would go with a blizz sorc get him about 200-300 mf and just go do Mf runs till u find stuff that u can trade for occy, lidless, shako, ect.....

blizz sorc is the best.... and a blizz sorc also doesnt require much gear for mfing

Yes, I think one of the following three builds:
Meteosorc (Max Meteor, Fireball, Firebolt, Fire mastery)
Blizsorc (Max Blizzard, Glacial Spike, Ice Blast, Ice Bolt)
Javazon (Max Lightning Fury, Charged Strike, Lightning Strike, Lightning Bolt)
Fire Sorceress/Blizzard Sorceress:
Both very good at Pindleskin, Mephisto and Andariel Runs, Does not require much good gear. Fire tends to be slightly better at Mephisto while Blizzard tends to be slightly better at Pindleskin.
Lightning Javelin Amazon:
Needs very minimal gear (Titans Revenge, Manaleech, Pierce), and AMAZING at MF'ing in Hell Cows.
