hoto is not good if summon necro and the only reason youd want hoto for a pnb is for fast cast and resist

meh resist dont matter i got atleast 20 in all already and im in hell +i got a 24 resist bone shade too so resist wont be a problem

well i made it it's only a 33 % but hey the one i made in season 1 was only a 30 lol
