I got a 306% meteor/orb sorc. I know its low mf but I just recently started on useast after losing my stuff on west. I was just wondering what difficulty was best for my mf. I can do both nm and hell. In hell mode after over 100 succesful jhj bot runs I got nothing but in nm with only about 20 successful runs I had some low chance. I was just wondering what would be the best to do my botting in and also anyone know how to change the delay in jhj so that I don't get temp ip bans?

Your mf chances are overall better in Hell since some items cannot be or are rarely dropped in Nightmare. I've found that you need to turn up the delay to 60+ to really avoid ip bans, but some can get away with 20 or less. To change your delay go into the PindleBot folder and open up the file named RunPBotSor.ini, then change the create delay from the default 2 to whatever other number.
