Holy crap man, you have 15 members and almost all of them are mods. D2sector has waaaaaay more members than that, and look how many mods there are here. You have too many forum sections. Just single out a single topic and go from there. You have a couple things to take care of before you even should worry about the skins.

it was originally intended for jokes but its grown into a bigger forum and i posted something on there to see what banners people would make for the forums.

I can see that. You might be able to advertise your site on diablo or starcraft for a few more members.

i don't want to resort to spamming the channels in d2/sc, that would be too annoying to people in the channel.

If you want to be an ***, you could always download a spambot. Although I could never get one of those to work.
