Battle.net can not search your computer's contents without your permissions, so having a file named mh in your d2 directory will do nothing against u. Battle.net can only search the packets of information being sent from and to your computer. Mh might send whats called a "bad packet" which might lag you, make you detectable etc. Maphacks like Jhj's that doesnt reside in d2's memory is great and shouldnt cause too much trouble. Things like C3PO could be detected if Battle.net seached hard enough.
