plz help with my item trainer question

can anyone plz help me, i downloaded an item program and now i cant figure out how to get the items into the single player game mode plz help me:confused:

do you have hero editor? because you have to have the hero editor to access the saved file and put the items that you d/led into your char's inventory. you can get the hero editor from the downloads section of this very same website, i believe.

If u have hero editor u need the VB files wich u can download from the download section of this site ............and "foog" you img isnt working. thx.=)
