i need to use spells in town

yeah teleing in town is very detectable...id assume using any spell in town would be major detectable...if its even possible to use any other spells.

no u cant use spells in town all there is close to using spells half/ is to tele in town from outside it but as far as i know u cant use spells even with ne hack there is.....
