to get rid of ur realm down if u use adsl and not cable. try this.
1. click on start and find run.
2. click on run and type "winipcfg"
3. you will see some numbers there, your adapater adress and your ip adress, your ip adress is the one we want to look at.
remember the numbers that you have for your ip adress
4. look for a button called "release"
5. click on release and look at your ip adress, their should be a bunch of zeros there.
6. find a button labelled "renew"
7. click on it.
8. you should get either a new ip adress i.e if yours was like "142.34.345.343.455" you may get "227.43.23.54.23.454"
if you got a different adress, try logging onto bnet now, you should be able to access your chars now
