If i want a picture off the internet or if i wanna make one on paint or something how would i make it 95 by 95??

if ur making something in paint, just drag the bottom right edge and as u moveit around u will see the size of the image further down on the bottom right. just make that 95x95 then u got ur size that u looking for. also, many photo editor/creation programs have things that u can just say what size u want it, like in photoshop u set the size before u even begin, and u can also resize things with an option.
