Use d2loader to refill your cdkey and follow the steps there to run 2 d2's at once. Onlyers D2loder, found at the download section of this site

yes there is a way to be on the same account but u ned 2 cd keys just one thing u both cant be on the same character u have to be on seperate chars or it will dissconect u
