I have a small problem with my maphack c3po. Everytime I try to start it it ****s up and tells me that a big error has occured. What can I do about that?

I'm getting the same problem, it keeps telling me "storm.dll wasnt able to open"
..where do I get storm.dll and where do I put it? |
