why wont my holy freeze dmg increase

yesterday i was trying to increase my palaldins holy freeze dmg by using 779 max cold dmg on char lvl but for some reason it wouldnt increase. i'm using the zonfire hero editor. wut am i doin wrong??? thnx oh n one more thing...my smite doesnt do ne dmg. it'll hit but it'll only stun. why? it says i'm only doin 1000 something dmg...thnx

it could increase but u just dont c it.... glitch
