max is 16 for the med. on the insight

uh well i guess i was wrong i thought the max was 16 but i guess its 17 but it also is determined by ed

depends on dmg, and aura slightly...aura dusnt really matter, it still basically=infinite mana. for a pcomb, prob a low dmg 1, around 500 mayb? ed is important but what matters most is overall dmg
