I'm almost certain it's a fake. It's too good to be true for the shield these runes are being put into. And no way can it only work in ethereal items. This just doesn't make enough sense. The kid obviously photo-shopped it. So in other words, good news all you Wonka fans, the last golden ticket is still out there.
