my friend says a barb becuz crushing blow n open wounds works well he says but on that bone necro wut r the skills cuz i have a bone necro n he really dnt damage dclone at all

a barb can use a special weapon, aka black in a flail. this weapon is very fast, and it has 40% crushing blow. crushing blow is like static, but, unlike static in hell, it goes all the way down. its around 5-7% target hp per hit i believe. and yes, crushing blow works well on baal

Malice is the runeword which gives 100% to open wounds. Smiters are not good since their damage is extremely low, and will make the killing awful slow. And remember that stun does not work on Bosses.

maybe using lacerator for smiters will work, chance to amp, prevent heal, & open wounds...

And smiters are what you consider an "anti-melee" class.

Any character with serious magic damage is good vs. D Clone. He has crazy resists 'n shit, except for magic. A Berserker Barb could do ok, bone necro, hammerdin..erm... That's about it. Elemental and Physical won't do crap... And if you wanna do like.. solo DC runs.. well, best of luck. :\ Specially with a Boner.

If he does; it's the lowest of all of them. His elemental and physical resists are at like.. 95% I think. Yeah. And Magic is at 50%.

Another class and build that does wonders against DC is a Lightning Zon, and use charged strike on UD.

And UD = Uber Diablo = Diablo Clone

yeah smiters are very good against barbs. even a smiter killed my barb (lvl 95, 5k life 150 all resists capped at 75) he used eth lacerator and ss on switch with ebotd zerker eth exile and a few other things, mind u he was lvl 98. name was something like eor-......

Bliz sorcs with good cold masteries are pretty good against dclone as well I think.

get a blizz sorc with full resist and high damage with fathom, nightwing and ormus and you will have uber diablo dead in no time.
