and about what alfzzz said, have u ever noticed that u almost never look people in their faces? i rarely do it wiht my friends just cause we are usually just like goofing off or like playing video games or something so i dont need to. They only people i tend to constantly look in the face are people i love and/or really care about

Well, I'd start by not asking a gaming forum for advice. And also, it can go either way, you can tell her, but things may get very weird, and you guys may feel uncomfortable around each other. Or she might break up with the guy.

I highly recomend saying upfront you "love" her. It'll scare her off (truuuuust me). Try not to use notes, as it's not very personal. I also think you should wait to do ANYTHING until she breaks up with her b/f.
