3cpo problem

When I start up 3cpo I get an error " Failed to locate installed Diablo II path" Can soemone tell me what this is or what to do to fix it please?

Yep. On the main screen when you first boot up C3PO, you should notice a directory path that says (if you haven't altered it) "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe"

Change that so it points to your Diablo II executable.
