512 for me here is usually 200 bucks. I really rather go in the 1,000's. Those speeds are amazing.

I like to run with at least 1GB. My primary system is a Sempron 2800+ with 1GB of DDR400 Kignston ValueRam in Dual Channel and my secondary system is an AMD Duron 850MHz with 1.5GB of DDR266 in single channel.
