silent they are both the same so they both get a 6/10...boarder is too big, never use outer glow on text. I'm not a big fan of using the clone stamp either...but better than you current one.

Pant 9/10 throw a boarder on it. select your background layer and go to edit stroke 3 px and then chose a color...should make it look real nice bro.

B!tch I give you a 7/10 you could have found better text style or texture. Well chink it's abstract work with no renders in it. The text is hard to read. The sig is too small. The brush work (If it's even brush work) is sloppy. I also see some flaws with the border. 3/10 because ive see way worse. lol
