how do you submit downloads to the site? i have made a char for d2exp of hero editor and i wana put it on the site

I'm pretty sure they took down uploading files.

Edit: I guess they didn't. Click edit, then scroll down to "Manage attachments"

Yeah, chesh took down the file uploader, so you probably wont' be able to, i dont' think the attachment can hold much space. What is it you were going to upload?
