Drop n' dupe mod

Hey, i downloaded this mod off d2sector earlier today.. got it all set up, d2 runs and all but when i kill monsters, or go by akara, nothing drops or she doesnt have anything fopr sale :/ any trouble shooting ideas would be apreciated, ty

Seems like the game isnt reading the bins or the bin files are missing.
My guess is that this mod was released as a dataflder version containing only txt files, if so you need to add
-direct txt
to the targer line in the shortcut (diabloII start icon)

k, it does have the bins and txts, and i added the -direct -txt, is it supposed to look like this, "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -direct -txt or this "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -direct txt or this? "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" direct -txt

If your normal target look like this "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe"
Then you it should look as below
"C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -direct txt

ok, i put it like that, it still doesnt work... is it possible that this doesnt have all the files needed?

I just downloaded and tested and it works just fine.

Make sure you meet the requirements for the mod listed in the readme, then make sure you installed correctly.

Unzip the files- copy the data folder to your d2 directory (where the dll and game.exe etc files are) then start the game from the shortcut where you added -direct txt

ok, that would be the problem.... i dont see a data folder... ill have my mom look at it. I had put it somewhere else, ill try that tomorrow

::edit:: forget what i said, i found the folder im looking for... i just extract that whole thing to my d2 directory?

::edit 2:: ok i was stupid and just did it and it worked, ty everyone... i guess i forgot to unzip it lol

yes extract the data folder as it is to your diablo2 folder then use the edited start icon with -direct txt and it should work as intended

Doesnt neccessarily, you make it windowed with -w.
