Sockets in a Rare Coronet

Heya, I've been hearing a lot of arguing about wheter a RARE coronet/circlet can have 2 sockets. I kno that it is possible for the circlet to drop with 2 sockets, but can you add 2 sockets? I kno that the socket quest adds 1, but there is a cube recipe requiring 3 sojs or something that SUPPOSEDLY can add another socket. Is this true?

Theres no way u can get 2 sockets from recipes/quests etc....UNLESS the circlet ALREADY has 2 socks.

According to this, http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/cube.shtml There isn't. It would be pretty neat though.

arrghh... okok i have a 2/20fcr/20+life/around 40 resist to two elements coronet. I have one socket, do i stick a 5/5 fire facet or a shael for fhr? This is for a es fber... my 3/20 poofed

yes u can get two socket. for example you find a unidentified rare circlet and it turns out to be 2/20fcr/blah/and 2 sockets other wise nothing give 2 sockets its already too godly

stick a shael for fhr, its much more important then a 5/-5 facet
