Sadly, I dont agree with the fact that Mexicans can cross the border, have a baby in the US, and be legal citizens? Yeah, and Mexican's took one of my family's members Jobs away because they offered to work for next to nothing.

ive noticed that too. when i used to live in the bay area i used to got to a very diverse elementary school. we had blacks, mexicans, middle easterners, and asians. almost every day, i heard people call each others n!ggers, wetbacks, and chinks. not in a joking way but as an insult when in an arguement. strangely enough, when i moved to where i live now where the caucasian population is 80% of the whole town, i have heard significantly less use of racial slurs. of course, my town is an intel town so that might be due to more educated people who i believe are also less likey to be racist. it might be that poverty and lack of education contribute toward racism. comments?

That's funny...the only time I've only ever made fun of someone for their ethnicity was with friends meant as a joke, and they do the same to me, whenever I hear someone saying something about another race meant as an insult it's usualy towards a white person. Examples? I've never walked up and called a black person "boy" or "n*****" but I've been called a "honkey" more than once. I've never gone up to a Mexican man and told him to go mow my lawn, unless again it was joking with a friend, but I've heard plenty of Mexicans shouting "F*** off whitey."

Here's a little story. In the 9th grade I was at a continuation school about 30-40% of the school was white while the rest was black/asian/hispanic, oh yeah and one Native American, but the Mexican kids were the most noticable. Why? Because they wrote "BP" on everything, including their work in art class (For those who don't know BP = Brown Pride). Now there's nothing wrong with being proud but these kids were just being obnoxious about it. So one day a bunch of kids came with shirts that had a big WP on the front (White Pride for those who are a bit slow) and suddenly we were racist. One kid brought his guitar and started singing, mostly just saying "white pride" over and over, so one of the "BP" kids through an orange at his head and tried to fight him. You know what's funny? All the kids with "WP" shirts were called into the office and warned about their "behavior" and the kid with the guitar was suspended. Is that really fair? No, but we're racist because we're white apparantly.

I think whites are less racist than others because we're the ones that get punished for saying racist things, not the minorities... So, therefore, we strive for "political correctness" more than other races.

Or, I can wade to the racist end of the pool and say that we're the only civilized race, which is sadly becoming a prevalent idea nowadays with the seriously retarded messages that gangsta and otherwise moronic rap is bringing to black youth. It's almost like being a dumbass that shoots people is being encouraged by music nowadays.
