When the new update or V1.12 or w/e comes out (if it does) do you think they will eliminate such bugs as being able to glitch rush all the way to hell act 5? I really hope not because it saves me a ton of time glitching because i hate tristing and shit..also what about the glitch mercs think they'll be gone to? post yo thoughts

I'm sure they will remove the glitch with merc's, but i'm not sure about grush,since they didn't fix it in 1.11.

glitch rush is improperly named. its not really a glitch, its how blizzard wanted to design the game. so they are most likely not going to fix it. but i'd say its about an 80% chance that gmercs wont work anymore

If they do come out with the new patch they need to fix the charge glitch for paladin, whenever i use it i seem to get stuck, about every 4-10 charges!

The jehran one isn't a glitch, it's just because you are supposed to talk with him before you go to arcane, since that is the legit way you are supposed to take.

that act2 thing isnt a glitch either....you need to talk to cain and drognan after you do the viper quest or you wont be able to get in palace. its not a glitch, blizz designed it into the game to try to cut down on rushes

They should fix that annoying Tomb Viper poison damage (at Nihlathak) mad:
There are only 3 high level bosses in the game, Diablo, Baal and Nihlathak, so I like running Nihla while someone is teleing to Baal, and occasionally those Tomb Vipers kill me in 1 second (4.8k life, 75% poison resist).
edit: Normally, I would just not run Nihla, but currently at level 95 I am desperate for experience ;(

It would suck if they got rid of grushes, but gmercs will be gone. If they stay I'll cry with joy, lol. I hope they fix the act 2 drop hack.

I'm with frater on the Tomb Viper poison. After I posted on it my nec has been dying left and right from those bastards.
I'd like to see a change with the torches. Remove the 50% chance of casting firestorm, and get rid of the dumb SoH charms, or make them useful somehow.
I'm sort of anxious for the restart, as now I actually play D2 decently (much thanks to Blizzsector).

The lag it causes. A strafezon with a high IAS firing into a mass of cows can desynch a server.

But I think that you can still desynch with rapid WP changing, Paladin stacked aura changing/reequipping/bone prison.

Patched? Really... Well at any rate it still causes horrible lag and I'd like to see that stupid mod off the torch.
Did the also fix the merc townkill bug? As in, if an act1 merc is firing at something (not inside the town) and misses, the arrow can still travel into town and strike an hostile player?
