Honestly, as stated before it's just chemicals to succumb to our inate carnal instinct, which some might say is the meaning of life: To survive. And in order to do so we must reproduce, which is where these 'love' chemicals come in in order to make sure we DO that (reproduce that is). Anyway I have a girlfriend and I'm willing to die for her, but it's still just chemicals, even though I'd say I am in love with her - it is just still chemicals as if we were to take them away who knows how we'd all feel about our significant others.

I agree that love is chemicals.. not just for lust but for what you want and need... If you want to like people for what they are inside than thats a want..its how you are physically and mentally made. I say love is want/need even tho i would rather say alot more about it.
