Kill super uniqes that bot runs by on the way to clear certian area/boss

Heya...

Is there a way to config the bot so he kills all super uniqes (Named bosses - rnd spawned) he runs by whole he is on the way to clear a certian area/boss - like on the way to countess or radament or diablo (from wp to start of sancatary) etc?
