If they made more characters, you would have to buy another expansion and spend another 50 bucks or whatever.:mad: I'd rather they just make a diablo 3 and have it like 3d and more interactive.

But on the topic, I would have the new character be one that could like fly or go underground to further exploit the game but since it's a 2d game I don't know if it would work well.

I say forget the whole class thing. Start off as a male/female & then decide what you want to learn as you go on. Then you could take things you want from all of them & put em together. You could be the shit that way. It's kind of like NWN, but they shouldn't go THAT indepth & the graphics would be better. I don't know. It's hard to explain. Thoughts?

Wow three posts in one, for your other stuff go to different areas of the forum man that's pretty far off topic.

A ninja would be stupid in Diablo, you're not exactly gonna sneak up on the of lord of terror. A samurai would work better, besides samurai's are much better than ninjas anyway.

Fragile, first NIN rules. Second I wish the class system was more like NWN with multiclassing capabilities that would be awsome. But what you're describing is more Morrow Wind I think. Where you just develop the skills as you're going along and you can have any of them that you want so long as you have the patience. Then dules would be a real challenge.

Well, I've never played MorrowWind. So the closest thing I know is NWN. But, maybe if they just had more stats too. Like charisma, wisdom, & what not. There's a lot they could do, but I'm also happy with the game as it is now. & about Diablo III, I don't think it would be any good. All of the people that made Diablo II have left Blizzard. I guess the new guys have a template, but they also have the ability to ruin it completely. & what could they possibly add. Diablo's dead. Baal's dead. They could pretend they didn't really die, but how cliche'.

hey, i think there should b a char from ff 1-11 also x-2 like cloud starts out with his sword and can change if u want, and yuna from ff 10 she can summon monsters like she does in the game and in x-2 whan she has guns etc. that would kick ***


ps also seproth good and evil (cloud good and evil) and they change with a spell!

fencer, dragon tamer, grappler, golem (ehh maybe)

ehh my ideas... Fencer would be a sword user specializes in sword masteries, offencive sword tactics and defensice sword tactic. Dragon tamer would be a sort of summoner is supose... start of small somoning a small dragon that slashes enemies and eventualy get to a larger one that breaths fire or another element i guess(ice, poison, fire) Grappler would specialize in hadn to hand and use gloves and knuckle weapons.... and golem would be similar to barb able to wield 2 weapons and but have earth element attacks such as rockslides, earthquakes, avalanche......
these are just my ideas.....

im thinkin maybe like a fighter of some sort, maybe have like class specific weps like knucles or spike gloves.

or maybe some kind of sage, like magic and melee combined

First "What Chars should Blizzard make for D2"....You start talking about FF?? Simply put WTF r u on, FF is 1st owned by Square-Enix and 2nd the whole point of D2 is set in some kind of renaissance gothic age, where the world is over run with demons. This is about the farthest fantasy world that you could get from FF world's. Yeah we all love Seph and Cloud but it just doesn't fit so shut your mouth.....

Samuri's are the Sh*t, yes....
But I do however believe that one fo the things thats makes D2 so unigue as far as RPG cames go is that you can't really multi-class that much but you still have 3 trees to pick from....I do believe a little bit of multi classing would be cool as far as D3 may go but just not to much, then you end up with games exactly like Morrowind which are sure fun as hell (great game) but extremely overwhelming, very time consuming, and well you don't know a damn thing about what to do unless you go online and read guides...

Monks use staves true, but when you make a monk build you never use em lol. But also they can use kamas which are pretty cool but it's best to stick with hand to hand, as monks usually gain bonuses from unarmed combat. If you've played NWN you know what I mean, 161 AC monk/shadowdancer boo-ya.

Mech, yes I knew the Doom 3 things and Trent is currently working on a new album.

Lightsabers? Omg...that's dumb, I enjoy the medieval style games and the futuristic games to stay seperate.

Almost every aspect is already covered by the 7 current characters. No particular reason to add another character. In Battle.net you have space for 8 chars per account. Just 7 characters and 1 mule for each account is enough
