This little thing is downloaded and scans your Directory EVERY time you sign onto B.net. So, if you read through this forum, it shows what exactly it scans for. Click the link to Mousepad's Forums and he shows, that D2JSP, D2Hackit, and MapHack are all dectable, just like everyone has told people. NO HACK is safe. You risk your accounts and cd keys when you use a hack (So what? Go get a new one ^_^.) Just saying that Blizz is cracking down hard on use hack users. I don't mind getting a new cd key. I just think all of this is some sort of plan to get us to play WoW...and who gives a crap about Warcraft? Diablo II > Warcraft. Any how, just read the forum and be cautious. If you've used God Mode, or D2JSP or Hackit within the last four or five days or so, your account/cd key is probably already gone. They just haven't banned it yet. It logs what you're using, when you're using it. So...just read it for more info. Good luck.

Yeah, I never read that though, too bad, so sad. I don't care though, I xfered all my muled gear and my char's gear to an acc. a friend who is completely legit made for me, and so all of my gear is safe, I just don't go on my mule acc. She is going perm my mules for me and things, so it's safe. So maybe that's a good idea for people who know they are doomed ^_^. Have a good day.

You do know that this could all be a trick by mousepad, to stop people from using his cracked maphack version 6.1 and to start buying his new one, right?

Couldn't you delete that .dll so they would stop logging you? And it isn't spyware, at least I don't think because it only logs what we do and say on B-Net, otherwise that would be a keylogger.

couldnt u just move the hacks out of the d2 folder....?if thats the only directory it scans u could just delete all incriminating files and just have them in a different folder....ive been noticing that the checking versions thing is taking longer and longer 4 me...i wonder if thats wen it scans
i found a file in my directory that was called bnet log..........its weird...it was just a blank file that said bnet log...

It probably will scan your whole d2 folder n sends it back to Bnet for review, so anything related to D2 will be known by Bnet.

the bbnet log file was empty when i loaded the mods in the game....but i tried to load it b4 i went in the game and it said mouspads maphack v6.0 detected and shit

it reports u to bnet so they can ban ur acct and cdkey...which mean bye bye hard earned items

bnet is a bunch of ****masters, its a game, which means people wil cheat, not necesarily to hurt other people in the case of mh. They shouldnt be so anal retentive.

it did log in my maphack tho...and when ur joinin a game that notice from like when 1.10 that says they will randomly delete ppl usin maphack is back on
i hate bnet...they r a bunch of *****s who dont want ppl to have fun....they say mh is a funblocker.........they are the ones tryna stop fun

Yeah, and the B.Net log has been there for a bit now, I have noticed it when messing with D2JSP or Zoid's Pickit and things. I know there is a log for when you're on B.net, and it shows what the in game log says, like I forgot someone's acc and I went in the log and it was there at the bottom. So I don't think that's it. It's supposed to be this ExtraWork.dll thing. And I've tried looking for it, so you can't really delete it, espicially if it's downloaded into your game everytime you sign on...

I don't know what the hell that god damn chat button does. I'm sorry for cussing, but it's bothering me. As for the anti-virus thing, I don't know if that's possible or not. I'm a No0b at this sorta stuff, I've said that before in a post, I'm learning by reading these forums. And all of my information except for the things I've looked into is from other forums or people I've discussed this with. You should probably ask someone who is good with these sort of things like Nubli or Spitfire, if they post in here. I bet they are reading over this and just haven't posted yet. I mean, Nubli's gone for a bit, so the other mod (I forgot your name, sorry) should post sometime soon. They have answers.

What exactly are they scanning for? Is it just pindle bots? I have d2 loader in my directory and pickit in there too, is this bad news for me?
