Pvp blizz sorc's merc

Im interesting in which merc is best for a blizz sorc? Any act 1-5...Which one in specific is best...
Im thinkin of going with range...mayb act 1....
What u guys think?

I would say go with act 2 so you can equip a doom for the -cold resistance on the enemy, also the aura that hte merc can give of is for resists, which you might or might not need, depeneding on your equipment, but that is what i would do.

I thought -enemy cold res only works if i use the doom and not merc?

I dont know about the Doom Thing .. But i think that a act1 bow merc is the best.. Think they can get like 3 k dmg without auras..

lolz go for act 2 merc with infinity as a weapon coh + delerium = really good merc infinity gives lvl 12 conviction so you can lower their res even more

id go with act 1 with kuko shaku for fire. does good damage

id say an act 1 merc using a shaeled widowmaker with fort armor and 45/120 helm for ias. otherwise ur merc wont hit people without guided arrow or do much dmg.

the only reason i say widowmaker is for its guided arrow, if the amazon merc does indeed use guided arrow automatically. then i figure any projectile that can home in on a target doesnt need to do much dmg if it can fire very quickly. otherwise, windforce with a dream helm and fort armor would probly work.

nl ... Think 40/15 wf- 16060 life armor- 120/45 life helm .... Thats what i would give an act 1 merc if i had items like that.

=massive dmg + wicked IAS ... but with a blizz sorc, strategy wise, aren't you looking for a merc that will engage the enemy and keep them in a single spot that you can hit them with your blizz, right? SO you want an act 5 or act 2 that will fight them and keep them in one place.

Most probably theyll keep their eyes peeled for ur name...Instead of merc..
And how are u going to get your merc beside opponent?

And wheres best place to level merc? Cows or what

act 2 nm defensive merc with
chamed perf dr levi(yes u can find it on nl)
coa with resist jewels if u need otherwise u can use 2 15% ias jewels
and a very nice weapon would be eth upped kelipe snare since its got 75% slow target no boss stands a chance. alternativly eth reapers works nicely too just for its decripify +holy freeze aura to really slow monsters down. or u can doom only if u use a defiance aura merc otherwise your just using holy freeze twice and it cancels.

hey silver but there r those enchantresses that only use htere mercs for dueling lol, they put on a faith act1 bow fort and liek dream or good ias helm and the merc gets a good load of dmg. but id go act1 or act2 merc.
