No, Unable to connect to B-net is an issue with your ability to connect to the internet. Heh. If you have a 169.xx.xx.xx ip address (xx stand for other numbers, --> any ip that starts with 169 means your computer isnt recieveing an ip address and the 169. ip address is one given by WinXp when your computer cannot locate one.) that is a dead ip, meaning your computer is not recieveing an ip from your modem.
Also, this method doesnt work for dial up or Static Ips.
Also, if your computer can connect to the internet, but it wont let you connect to b-net, this method should work. Try doing it over.
