are you running behind some kind of firewall at all? when did this problem happen, and before ithappened could you access the internet? and lastly, have you downloaded any kind of potential virus? run your scanners for that, maybe a worm type'a thing, check all of the downloads that you can remember youo had since it happened; i mean, before it happened, you could access it, then you did something and now you can't, so check your files
